Who we are

AI UGC is operated by K2026679039 (SOUTH AFRICA), a South African private company with registration number 2026/679039/07. The company produces quoted AI UGC and cinematic product videos and is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). You can contact us at info@aiugc.co.za. We do not publish a street address.

What we collect

• Contact and free sample forms: your name, the WhatsApp number or email you leave so we can reply, your product link, any product photos you upload, and optional details such as your business name, how many videos you need, when and where you will post them, and your message.
• Checklist opt-in: your name, WhatsApp number or email, optionally what you sell, and your consent to receive product video tips.
• Where you came from: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example from our Instagram bio), the referring website and the first page you visited. Your browser keeps this for 30 days and sends it with a form, so we know which channels bring enquiries.
• Enquiries: anything you send through a form, by WhatsApp or by email.
• Billing: invoice details and payment references for quoted work. We do not store complete card numbers on this site.

Analytics and advertising pixels

We use the Meta Pixel to understand which pages and channels bring enquiries, and to show our adverts to people who have visited this site. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and send page visits, WhatsApp button clicks and completed forms to Meta, who may process them outside South Africa under their own privacy policies. We do not send them your name, email, phone number or photos.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation in your Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok account settings. Google also offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics.

Why we process it

We process personal information to reply to enquiries, make your free sample from your product photos, quote and do the work, invoice, keep required records, and protect our legal rights. We send product video tips only if you opted in, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. We do not sell personal information.

Who receives it

We share only what is reasonably necessary with hosting and email providers that run the service, with professional advisers under confidentiality, or with regulators and courts where law requires it. Your product photos and brief, without your contact details, are sent to the AI video generation providers we use to make your sample and videos. Form leads are emailed to our operations inbox.

Retention and location

Enquiry and client records are kept while they are needed for the engagement and for the periods tax, accounting and other laws require. Product photos are kept while we need them for your sample, quote or project. Hosting infrastructure may be outside South Africa. Where personal information crosses borders, we apply the safeguards required by POPIA section 72.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or a record of how we have used your information, subject to the limits in POPIA. Write to info@aiugc.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
