Who we are
AI UGC is operated by K2026679039 (SOUTH AFRICA), a South African private company with registration number 2026/679039/07. We produce done-for-you creator-style AI UGC and cinematic product videos. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company. Public contact is info@aiugc.co.za and the contact form.
The work
Single videos and the Starter pack are sold at the prices and with the contents shown on our pricing page. The October Starter pack price of R2,950 applies to bookings made by 31 October 2026; after that the standard R3,450 applies. Ad use included in every price. Other work is quoted after we understand the brief; a quote is an offer for a defined scope. Work starts when you accept the price or the quote in writing.
Turnaround
Ready in about 3 working days from your product photos. Missing information, product photos we cannot work from, or extra changes outside the agreed revisions extend that time. Quoted work has its own timeline in the quote.
Free samples
We make one free 8-second sample video per business, at our discretion and with no obligation to buy. We may decline products that AI cannot represent reliably. Samples are AI-generated and labelled as such.
AI-generated content
Delivered video is AI-generated. We disclose that on this site, in the quote, and here. We do not present the work as a real customer, a hired creator, or a studio advertisement shot with that person. We do not clone a specific person’s face or voice unless you have the legal right to do so and you ask for that in the brief.
Usage of deliverables
Once the quoted work is paid for, you may use the delivered clips for your own marketing, subject to the quote and to third-party tools, models, fonts, and libraries that keep their own licences. Style frames on this website are illustrative and are not client work.
Your brief
You are responsible for the claims, products, and people in the brief. You confirm you have the rights needed for any likeness, trademark, or product we are asked to depict.
No published results
This site does not publish testimonials or performance claims. The examples are AI-generated concepts, not client work, and we make no promise about views, sales or other results.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
